I had an AC issue that they repaired without hassle. Someone answered the phone when I called. They were polite and listened well. The repair person arrived in the window of time they said they would and called when they were 15 minutes from arriving. They were polite and personable. Willing to entertain conversation about the HVAC unit and helping me to be a better customer in the process. I have an older unit and they did not pitch me on getting more than was needed to keep it going. A great experience. I came away with the impression that I was dealing with someone who was honest and ethical. A happy customer who is now enjoying cool air again.

Great company, fast friendly service, and never had to call them back after a repair was completed. Installed 2 new systems in my home recently and everything is working great. I highly recommend JARIC for all your HVAC needs. I will call no one else.

AC running, but temp climbing(86F° at 3pm) inside on July 27, 2023. There’s some serious heat going on outside this year. Called Britany at Jaric AC and heating as we have a long term biyearly service contract with them for 10+ years and a 10 year warrantee on the outside unit only(replaced in March, 2022). She called Jordan(AC Tech) and he was just finishing another call and would be over in less than an hour and he was. Jordan found that the capacitor that starts the compressor in the outside unit of our heat pump was toast. Jordan replaced that at no additional charge as per warrantee. Inside heat exchanger coil was not handling pressure as it should, but AC was cooling and we’ll delay a decision on that if adequate cooling continues. OK so far at 24 hours on a hot, hot day. Bottom line: Jordan, the tech, was In and out quick and tidy and gave me a good explanation of what was going on with the AC unit. He would also send me current price on options of inside coil (or inside unit) replacement if it gets to that. What’s not to love! Thanks Jaric, Brittany and Jordan!

Brandon was great! He made sure drop clothes were put down on the floors, kept me up-to-date on what was going on with my system & made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was done. Great service, very professional and was always smiling !

I have used JARIC A.C. and Heating for all my heating and AC needs for over 10 years now. They service my system twice a year and I have had them install new equipment when needed. Without exception they are timely, professional, and friendly. Brandon has been taking care of things for the last couple of years and he is top of the line.
