AC running, but temp climbing(86F° at 3pm) inside on July 27, 2023. There’s some serious heat going on outside this year. Called Britany at Jaric AC and heating as we have a long term biyearly service contract with them for 10+ years and a 10 year warrantee on the outside unit only(replaced in March, 2022). She called Jordan(AC Tech) and he was just finishing another call and would be over in less than an hour and he was. Jordan found that the capacitor that starts the compressor in the outside unit of our heat pump was toast. Jordan replaced that at no additional charge as per warrantee. Inside heat exchanger coil was not handling pressure as it should, but AC was cooling and we’ll delay a decision on that if adequate cooling continues. OK so far at 24 hours on a hot, hot day. Bottom line: Jordan, the tech, was In and out quick and tidy and gave me a good explanation of what was going on with the AC unit. He would also send me current price on options of inside coil (or inside unit) replacement if it gets to that. What’s not to love! Thanks Jaric, Brittany and Jordan!

My furnace was reaching the end of its efficient life. I contacted JARIC to advise me and provide me with an estimate to replace it. I felt confident in going with JARIC because their expertise and knowledge was evident from the first meeting I had with owner Jimmy. I am so happy with my new furnace and with the service they provided. Exceptional customer service, in depth knowledge, honest advice, and superior efficiency during the replacement process. I highly recommend JARIC and will be using their services from now on.

I can’t recommend JARIC AC enough! I called at 10:30 and by 11:15 Jordan came out, diagnosed the issue, and my AC was back up and running! Jordan was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I could tell this was an honest team who’s main concern is to fix your problem instead of trying to upsell, I’m so happy with the service today and Jordan will be my go-to from now on when I need AC and heating services. 10/10 would recommend would give 100 stars if I could!

This family owned business sets the bar high. Large franchise companies should model themselves after them. The communication from the office and from the field staff was timely and a very pleasant surprise. The appointments were conveniently scheduled. During the diagnosis appointment Jim, the owner, was very thorough in his explanation and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions thoroughly and in great detail. There were no surprises, add-on sales attempts or hidden charges during the new AC condenser and evaporator coil replacement. The AC has been working great. They will be my first call come time to work on, service and or replace my other AC/Heating units. Thank you JARIC AC and Heating Co!

Jaric installed three systems in our home almost 14 years ago and they’re still running strong. In fact, another contractor complimented how well the systems were set up, and usually contractors don’t have anything nice to say about other folks’ work. Recently, AC on one system wasn’t working, and we received prompt, courteous, and professional service from Natalie and Brandon. We got quotes to replace the entire system, as well as to do a repair. Brandon did a great job explaining our options and the pros and cons of each option. We ended up being able to repair, rather than replace, but both the quote to repair and quote to replace was lower than the two other companies we got quotes from.

I discovered Jaric AC through The Good Contractors list and really enjoyed my experience including the professionalism and responsiveness from Jordan and the rest of the staff. Will definitely call on Jaric again for our future HVAC maintenance and servicing needs!
