I am always on the lookout for honest contractors, because I have a rental home in Dallas, but I’m not able to be in Dallas most of the time. I much prefer personal referrals. A realtor friend highly recommended JARIC for anything HVAC, adding that her real estate colleagues also consider JARIC #1! I could not be more pleased and decided to purchase their maintenance plan which includes a tuneup every fall and spring, for a reduced rate, as well as other perks. I’ve always talked to one of the owners, named Brandon, and he is easy to communicate with, as well as very attentive to any questions or needs. A tech named Aleksei came and performed the fall tuneup. He was prompt and efficient. Honesty and good communication are the most important traits, and they have these down! Also, their prices are quite reasonable. I’m very happy that I found this company!

Brandon and his team were great. We had a new hvac system installed — throughout the process, we met with multiple contractors around the area and ultimately went with JARIC. Brandon was very knowledgeable, offered competitive pricing, and had great communication.

Jim with JARIC came out to diagnose an outside unit that wasn’t cooling. Once I mentioned we just had the roof replaced, he knew what the problem was based on no Freon and roof. Roofers punctured the Freon line. Jim & his crew came back the next day to repair the line. They also coordinated with the roofing company to get the repairs taken care of. Professional and experienced. Will use them for all future HVAC needs.

They always text their ETA, and they are always on time. Unfailingly professional and courteous, they answer all my questions and leave a complete record of what they did. So far their work has been perfect and my system is humming. What more could you want?

Just yesterday we realized our AC stopped blowing cold air & right away was referred to Jaric. They were able to get us on schedule to see what’s going on the very next morning (mind you we reached out later in the day) Big shout out to Brandon who was prompt, professional & knowledgeable. Wow… I continue to be impressed with the quality of service, and timeliness. My request for help was met with a tech at my house within 2 hours, and the problem was fixed before lunch.
