I highly recommend Jaric A/C as extremely trustworthy company to maintain your HVAC unit. I had to replace my heat pump system within the past year..Jaric’s repair team was very helpful on tending to a system that had to be replaced. I recently had scheduled maintenance performed. The repairman,Aleksei, arrived on time. He inspected the system, attended to any needed updates replaced the filter and reviewed with me the work he performed and the current condition of my system. Service was excellent!! Additionally Jaric’s front office staff…whom I called to arrange the maintenance visit was also extremely helpful on scheduling the appointment and also checking that Aleksei could have access to the system in terms of palsy pets, gated entries,etc.

We had a sudden problem. On site within 30 minutes of call. Back up within 10 minutes. Very responsive, totally honest, friendly service technicians.

Brien supervised the install of my new system 2 years ago, and was the tech JARIC sent to do my yearly preventative AC maintenance this year. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. This is the most honest HVAC service we have ever used. We don’t feel like we’re ever being sold on anything, especially things we don’t need. We don’t feel like people are out to make a commission, because they aren’t, they’re here to help us get our unit in good shape, and keep it there. They encourage replacing parts instead of the whole unit, which is what we were looking for! And when our A/C wasn’t working? They sent someone out really quickly, as I am always concerned about the animals in our house that cannot be in 85° or above. And I know that’s a ‘me problem’, but I appreciate the support on the other side, too. Really impressed with their maintenance + service when things go awry.

The tech was on time and provides a thorough evaluation of our AC system. I feel confident going into the summer that my AC will work properly.

Jaric has come through for me more than once. They found parts to repair my A/C when no one else could. Squeezed me in quickly when my upstairs condensate line was leaking into my neighbors house below. First class work very nice folks would recommend to anyone. Thanks Jaric.
