This company is wonderful to work with! We have been using them for the last 5 years and the previous owners used them prior. They are very helpful and honest. The owner does not try to up sell or tell you things you don’t need. I even had them out and the issue wasn’t resolved. They put Part of the money I paid for the first visit towards what I had to pay the second visit when the issue didn’t get fixed. He is honest in his assessment and let’s you choose what you want to do for your home. I recommend getting your units serviced and maintenance as it will save you money in the long run to not have to change all vents/ducts at one time. They also wear masks and booties and clean up any areas that insulation may have traveled. 😊

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Brandon from JARIC since I moved to Texas almost a year ago. He is extremely knowledgeable, accountable and responsive, always making time to answer my questions and provide open, honest and transparent answers in regards to the work he has performed and any additional work he recommends. Recently, our old condenser (>15 years old) bit the dust when it was 100+ degrees outside. Brandon immediately made himself available to meet with me and understand my options. Ultimately I decided to go with a complete new 2 stage heating/cooling system moving up from 4 tons to 5 tons in cooling capacity. This was after numerous discussions and Brandon educating me on my options. This included Brandon making himself available after hours to answer all my OCD questions. This past Monday his team completed the install and geez I could not be happier! His team was extremely professional and the work is top notch. The thing that really sets Brandon and his team apart is their commitment to the customer experience. This was illustrated by the fact that immediately post install, Brandon spent an additional 2+ hours configuring reducers and damper settings to optimize the airflow for each room according to my needs. Just overall excellent service and an excellent experience. If you need HVAC work done you must use these guys! I love supporting local family owned business like these guys. Thanks again Brandon!
