We switched AC companies because our previous one was just not responsive and didn’t seem to value us as a customer. The neighborhood web page recommended JARIC so we called. They promptly returned our call and Brandon came by to fix an issue with our 9-yr old system. Brandon took the time to talk through everything, and provide possible options and next steps. I asked about replacement options, and while there was no sales push I feel I got an honest opinion. Brandon followed up with a detailed email later that evening which included different setup and quote options for future consideration. He even shared his personal # in case we had questions and said to call anytime. As luck would have it, the outside heat pump failed two months later (no fault of JARIC – just the system being almost 10 yrs old). I was able to promptly get a hold of them and Brandon quickly fixed it again. Due to its age, I decided to replace the entire system (no sales pressure, our own choice) with a new inside and outside unit. The JARIC team showed up on time and did a great job. It cools great and we have nice new thermostats with geofencing and wi-fi. Throughout all of the three visits we’ve had, they have been great. Very responsive, clear explanations, and not rushing to get out of the door again. The work has been done very well and they are great at communication and following through on promises. Heating system check for the winter. Pay $220 yearly contract for 2 maint visits. Very professional and courteous and have provide great service since unit installed 2021

Aleksei was great. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. We were fortunate our system was only low on Freon but he explained the process for that as well. Very happy with the service Jaric provided!

AC running, but temp climbing(86F° at 3pm) inside on July 27, 2023. There’s some serious heat going on outside this year. Called Britany at Jaric AC and heating as we have a long term biyearly service contract with them for 10+ years and a 10 year warrantee on the outside unit only(replaced in March, 2022). She called Jordan(AC Tech) and he was just finishing another call and would be over in less than an hour and he was. Jordan found that the capacitor that starts the compressor in the outside unit of our heat pump was toast. Jordan replaced that at no additional charge as per warrantee. Inside heat exchanger coil was not handling pressure as it should, but AC was cooling and we’ll delay a decision on that if adequate cooling continues. OK so far at 24 hours on a hot, hot day. Bottom line: Jordan, the tech, was In and out quick and tidy and gave me a good explanation of what was going on with the AC unit. He would also send me current price on options of inside coil (or inside unit) replacement if it gets to that. What’s not to love! Thanks Jaric, Brittany and Jordan!

JARIC AC and Heating Co. has been our air people for decades now. They have never let us down. Their technicians are stellar, always explaining what they’re checking, why and whether there is a concern or not. Alexie was our tech this visit and, as always, the service was great. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Reached out to Jarod after hours the called that night and had an appt set up next day. Brandon communicated throughout and arrived on time. Very professional third generation company. Felt more educated and advised than sold to. Got my A/C up and running in no time … even in the rain. Highly recommend.

Brien came today for our annual AC tune up. I was running late; he patiently waited for me until I got home. He was quite polite and thorough – which is what I have come to expect an admire about Jaric A/C and heating company. They’re always reliable and prompt. Always excellent communication! I have been using their services for many years. While their business has grown, their commitment to service has not deviated!!!

I have a great deal of respect for Jaric’s company culture. Every member of the organization from the owner on down exemplify integrity, honesty, and dependability. Jaric’s customer service is excellent. There is no other HVAC provider that I would call for maintenance or repair.

Jaric recently worked on our heating system at our home. It is an older system, that had a few challenges. They were great at diagnosing the problem, and fixing exactly what was wrong in a very prompt professional manner. I am very grateful for their help, and would highly recommend them.
