This is by far the best experience we’ve had with a HVAC company. We had some issues with the Heating. We got a couple of other firms to run diagnostics and quote for the repair before we called JARIC. Both other firms didn’t diagnose the issue correctly and recommended replacing the Gas Valve. While ARS /Rescue rooter quoted $1600, another firm gave a quote for $850. Then Jim from JARIC showed up. He inspected the unit and found that it was not the gas valve but the control board that was faulty. He explained everything in detail and was able to fix the issue for less than $400. The team at JARIC came across as very professional right from the outset. Natalie, their customer service rep, was very clear in setting expectations and was able to get us on the schedule quickly. Jim is an incredible tech/man with a work ethic second to none. And unlike many companies that offer a discount for a Google review, there was no such request/ask. Highly recommend their service to anyone having HVAC issues!

Just yesterday we realized our AC stopped blowing cold air & right away was referred to Jaric. Highly recommend Jaric AC and Heating. Jim came out and found the problem with my A/C right away. He showed me the part that had failed and why as well as explaining its function. He checked that the rest of the unit was ok. Jim answered all of my questions, treated me with respect, no upsell, no scare tactics. The final price was right in line with the estimate and reasonable. These folks are true professionals in not only the big stuff (repairing the a/c) but also the little things. JARIC AC and Heating Co. will always get my business.
