I’ve had the pleasure of working with Brandon from JARIC since I moved to Texas almost a year ago. He is extremely knowledgeable, accountable and responsive, always making time to answer my questions and provide open, honest and transparent answers in regards to the work he has performed and any additional work he recommends. Recently, our old condenser (>15 years old) bit the dust when it was 100+ degrees outside. Brandon immediately made himself available to meet with me and understand my options. Ultimately I decided to go with a complete new 2 stage heating/cooling system moving up from 4 tons to 5 tons in cooling capacity. This was after numerous discussions and Brandon educating me on my options. This included Brandon making himself available after hours to answer all my OCD questions. This past Monday his team completed the install and geez I could not be happier! His team was extremely professional and the work is top notch. The thing that really sets Brandon and his team apart is their commitment to the customer experience. This was illustrated by the fact that immediately post install, Brandon spent an additional 2+ hours configuring reducers and damper settings to optimize the airflow for each room according to my needs. Just overall excellent service and an excellent experience. If you need HVAC work done you must use these guys! I love supporting local family owned business like these guys. Thanks again Brandon!

I highly recommend Jaric A/C as extremely trustworthy company to maintain your HVAC unit. I had to replace my heat pump system within the past year..Jaric’s repair team was very helpful on tending to a system that had to be replaced. I recently had scheduled maintenance performed. The repairman,Aleksei, arrived on time. He inspected the system, attended to any needed updates replaced the filter and reviewed with me the work he performed and the current condition of my system. Service was excellent!! Additionally Jaric’s front office staff…whom I called to arrange the maintenance visit was also extremely helpful on scheduling the appointment and also checking that Aleksei could have access to the system in terms of palsy pets, gated entries,etc.

Aleksei Ramirez from Jaric Air conditioning and heating did a tremendous job getting my system tuned up, checking everything and making sure I’m ready for a long hot summer. I have used Jaric AC & Heating for many years. I first met the father, Jim then his son, Jimmy and his son Brandon. Three generations! Brandon serviced my hvac today. Her was very personable and professional. He did an excellent job on the service. I highly recommend Jaric to anyone looking for a reputable and professional hvac company. I almost don’t even know where to start. We have a home warranty company (American Home Shield) that’s done okay by us overall, but they eventually refused to service our R22-based system and steered us to a new system with their preferred company. I won’t mention them by name, but the “extra” charges they proposed were ridiculous, so I started searching for another company – that led me to JARIC. Brandon came out and gave us his take on our system. It definitely needed to be replaced, but for only the cost of the service fee, he patched a leak for us, which gave us a few more weeks to help us make up our mind. Ultimately, we decided to replace the system with JARIC, not our home warranty company. One of the best decisions I’ve made as a homeowner! Brandon provided us with several options, cheapest (good) to most expensive (best). At no point were we pressured one way or another, and it made it clear that even the cheapest option would be a significant upgrade for us. I went for the next tier up since it wasn’t much more expensive. On the install day, it took them roughly four hours to remove the old system and install the new. We’ve had so much trouble with our old system that’s we’re still giddy about this install. As far as pricing goes, JARIC isn’t the cheapest, but they’re not the most expensive either. But you’re also paying maybe a bit more than some for superior service. Home warranty companies usually pick from the bottom of the barrel (not always, but more often than not), and I got tired of subpar service. With JARIC, they’re on top of it when you need them. I doubt I’ll need it, but Brandon gave me his cell phone number to call if we ever had any issues. They also worked with us on financing, which we got at a fair rate. We have two systems. Our other one likely has quite a few years left on it, but when it’s time to make that call, JARIC has our business. I just can’t recommend them more highly.

This is an outstanding family owned business! The owner, Jim, bent over backwards to help me with a horrible Lennox unit. By the way…don’t ever buy a Lennox! Another company sold it to me and I had nothing but problems with it. The 1st time I called Jaric, Jim came out and spent a solid hour identified the problem and fixed it. Told me it was a consult and didn’t charge me. Of course I called Jaric back the next time it broke. He went to bat for me to try to get Lennox to replace their flawed unit. To no avail, but he made the effort and I appreciate it! This is a trustworthy company run by good people! You cannot go wrong with them!

Everyone I dealt with is a professional. Darwin was my tech and did an excellent job. He asked questions that got him to the issue quickly. I am thrilled to have found my AC service company!

The technician Brandon was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my issue and solved it. The price was more affordable than I expected, based on my experience with other companies. I could not be happier with the outcome!
