Told me it was a consult and didn’t charge me. Of course I called Jaric back the next time it broke. He went to bat for me to try to get Lennox to replace their flawed unit. Jaric recently worked on our heating system at our home. It is an older system, that had a few challenges. They were great at diagnosing the problem, and fixing exactly what was wrong in a very prompt professional manner. I am very grateful for their help, and would highly recommend them.
