Wow… I continue to be impressed with the quality of service, and timeliness. My request for help was met with a tech at my house within 2 hours, and the problem was fixed before lunch.

This is the most honest HVAC service we have ever used. We don’t feel like we’re ever being sold on anything, especially things we don’t need. We don’t feel like people are out to make a commission, because they aren’t, they’re here to help us get our unit in good shape, and keep it there. They encourage replacing parts instead of the whole unit, which is what we were looking for! And when our A/C wasn’t working? They sent someone out really quickly, as I am always concerned about the animals in our house that cannot be in 85° or above. And I know that’s a ‘me problem’, but I appreciate the support on the other side, too. Really impressed with their maintenance + service when things go awry.

We’ve asked JARIC to come out a couple of times in the past for a couple of A/C repairs, and they were great to work with. When we needed to replace the entire unit, they did excellent work. Jim, Brandon, and team were very attentive to detail, communicative, and really want to provide their customers with the best possible solution. I was very impressed. When I’m interested in work that needs to be done on my home, I want to work with people and businesses I can trust. I will refer JARIC to friends who need help with HVAC in the future.

I discovered Jaric AC through The Good Contractors list and really enjoyed my experience including the professionalism and responsiveness from Jordan and the rest of the staff. Will definitely call on Jaric again for our future HVAC maintenance and servicing needs!

Just yesterday we realized our AC stopped blowing cold air & right away was referred to Jaric. I won’t use anyone else for my AC and heating needs. They are honest and hard working. I first used them after I hired another company to install new duct work for me. Afterwards, there was a really annoying whistling sound and turns out the other company didn’t make the return large enough. JARIC fixed this and returned my peace and quiet. 😝. Best money I ever spent. I’ve been using them ever since for my semi-annual clean and inspection. Quality work and trustworthy. Also, I’m a complete beat freak and their guys put on the little booties inside which is a nice extra for me because I appreciate that!

We switched AC companies because our previous one was just not responsive and didn’t seem to value us as a customer. The neighborhood web page recommended JARIC so we called. They promptly returned our call and Brandon came by to fix an issue with our 9-yr old system. Brandon took the time to talk through everything, and provide possible options and next steps. I asked about replacement options, and while there was no sales push I feel I got an honest opinion. Brandon followed up with a detailed email later that evening which included different setup and quote options for future consideration. He even shared his personal # in case we had questions and said to call anytime. As luck would have it, the outside heat pump failed two months later (no fault of JARIC – just the system being almost 10 yrs old). I was able to promptly get a hold of them and Brandon quickly fixed it again. Due to its age, I decided to replace the entire system (no sales pressure, our own choice) with a new inside and outside unit. The JARIC team showed up on time and did a great job. It cools great and we have nice new thermostats with geofencing and wi-fi. Throughout all of the three visits we’ve had, they have been great. Very responsive, clear explanations, and not rushing to get out of the door again. The work has been done very well and they are great at communication and following through on promises. Aleksei Ramirez from Jaric Air conditioning and heating did a tremendous job getting my system tuned up, checking everything and making sure I’m ready for a long hot summer.
