Jim with JARIC came out to diagnose an outside unit that wasn’t cooling. Once I mentioned we just had the roof replaced, he knew what the problem was based on no Freon and roof. Roofers punctured the Freon line. Jim & his crew came back the next day to repair the line. They also coordinated with the roofing company to get the repairs taken care of. Professional and experienced. Will use them for all future HVAC needs.
They were available the next day for an appointment. Once Jordan arrived he listen to my issues and figured out the problem very quickly. He was also very professional and informative when I asked any questions. Thank you so much for great service.

This family owned business sets the bar high. Large franchise companies should model themselves after them. The communication from the office and from the field staff was timely and a very pleasant surprise. The appointments were conveniently scheduled. During the diagnosis appointment Jim, the owner, was very thorough in his explanation and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions thoroughly and in great detail. There were no surprises, add-on sales attempts or hidden charges during the new AC condenser and evaporator coil replacement. The AC has been working great. They will be my first call come time to work on, service and or replace my other AC/Heating units. Thank you JARIC AC and Heating Co!
Will only use this company for here on out.. I called another company before them…a “reputable company” some would say.. they told me the motor needed to be ordered and didnt know an ETA and would call when they did. That was yesterday morning. Today.. I Called Jaric at 1150am. They were on the front porch by 1220. Their tech looked it over and found the motor at the hardware store. Went to pick it up, installed it and made sure everything was working before he left. It didnt even take him 2 hours. We have a brand new 5 day old baby and I voiced that to both companies and Jaric heard me and did whatever they could to get the system working. Will never forget the kindness. True, solid, good company. Will only call them from here on out! THANK YOU Aleksei your kindness and hardwork is very appreciated!!!!!!
