Jaric A/C was fantastic! They gave a prompt response to my inquiry and they scheduled me in quickly. The next day Aleksie showed up on the early side of a two hour window, and he took care of the issue I called about, plus explained it so I could understand. THEN I placed a call after hours later that evening and left a message with a question about another aspect of our a/c system, and Jimmy, the owner, called me back right away and scheduled Aleksie to come out the next day to check out my question and all was taken care of! Fast service, quality service and over and above service! After about 15 years dealing with a big warranty company, I forgot what fast and effective service was like. I think found a winner!

Can’t recommend Jaric enough, from the service techs to install team, they’ve been professional and quick with each visit. They take the time to work on my older systems (25+ yrs), and when it was time to replace one, Jim the owner was very professional and responsive when I was seeking the best value. Each time I’ve called, they have been able to get someone onsite within 48 hours, even in the heat of Texas summer to get my units up and running.

I called JARIC because my heater went out during a cold snap this winter. Aleksei came out the next morning and quickly found the problem and explained the situation to me before proceeding with replacing the failed part. I highly recommend JARIC to all my friends and family. THANK YOU!
