This company is wonderful to work with! We have been using them for the last 5 years and the previous owners used them prior. They are very helpful and honest. The owner does not try to up sell or tell you things you don’t need. I even had them out and the issue wasn’t resolved. They put Part of the money I paid for the first visit towards what I had to pay the second visit when the issue didn’t get fixed. He is honest in his assessment and let’s you choose what you want to do for your home. I recommend getting your units serviced and maintenance as it will save you money in the long run to not have to change all vents/ducts at one time. They also wear masks and booties and clean up any areas that insulation may have traveled. 😊

We switched AC companies because our previous one was just not responsive and didn’t seem to value us as a customer. The neighborhood web page recommended JARIC so we called. They promptly returned our call and Brandon came by to fix an issue with our 9-yr old system. Brandon took the time to talk through everything, and provide possible options and next steps. I asked about replacement options, and while there was no sales push I feel I got an honest opinion. Brandon followed up with a detailed email later that evening which included different setup and quote options for future consideration. He even shared his personal # in case we had questions and said to call anytime. As luck would have it, the outside heat pump failed two months later (no fault of JARIC – just the system being almost 10 yrs old). I was able to promptly get a hold of them and Brandon quickly fixed it again. Due to its age, I decided to replace the entire system (no sales pressure, our own choice) with a new inside and outside unit. The JARIC team showed up on time and did a great job. It cools great and we have nice new thermostats with geofencing and wi-fi. Throughout all of the three visits we’ve had, they have been great. Very responsive, clear explanations, and not rushing to get out of the door again. The work has been done very well and they are great at communication and following through on promises. Aleksei Ramirez from Jaric Air conditioning and heating did a tremendous job getting my system tuned up, checking everything and making sure I’m ready for a long hot summer. This family owned business sets the bar high. Large franchise companies should model themselves after them. The communication from the office and from the field staff was timely and a very pleasant surprise. The appointments were conveniently scheduled. During the diagnosis appointment Jim, the owner, was very thorough in his explanation and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions thoroughly and in great detail. There were no surprises, add-on sales attempts or hidden charges during the new AC condenser and evaporator coil replacement. The AC has been working great.
