I could not be more pleased and decided to purchase their maintenance plan which includes a tuneup every fall and spring, for a reduced rate, as well as other perks. I’ve always talked to one of the owners, named Brandon, and he is easy to communicate with, as well as very attentive to any questions or needs. A tech named Aleksei came and performed the fall tuneup. He was prompt and efficient. Honesty and good communication are the most important traits, and they have these down! Also, their prices are quite reasonable. I’m very happy that I found this company!

I was blown away by Jim’s response and concern. Setting the record straight here. So earlier today, I received a couple of unsolicited texts. I thought it was one of “those” companies…again, trying to collect my data. Honestly, this just hit me the wrong way at the wrong time. So, I did what any hotheaded knucklehead does and posted a 1-star review. Within the hour, Jim, the owner, called me. His concern was genuine. We talked and he said, “Let me track this down and I’ll call you right back.” He did. Come to find out, it was a glitch in the system. Having owned my own business, I know stuff like this happens. It’s really nobody’s fault. But the thing that really stood out to me was Jim’s response with an honest action to get to the bottom of this. This is everything to me. Because it tells me that “this” company at its core has people who care. And that translates to real quality work. Thank you, Jim. JARIC is definitely on my call list should I need HVAC repairs.

Jaric recently worked on our heating system at our home. It is an older system, that had a few challenges. They were great at diagnosing the problem, and fixing exactly what was wrong in a very prompt professional manner. I am very grateful for their help, and would highly recommend them.

Darwin was the consummate professional and listened to my questions and concerns. He went through the maintenance of my A/C system and told me what he was looking for to check. Throughly sprayed off my outside coils and explained the circumstances when more would be needed if needed in the future. Great experience! Thanks!

AC running, but temp climbing(86F° at 3pm) inside on July 27, 2023. There’s some serious heat going on outside this year. Called Britany at Jaric AC and heating as we have a long term biyearly service contract with them for 10+ years and a 10 year warrantee on the outside unit only(replaced in March, 2022). She called Jordan(AC Tech) and he was just finishing another call and would be over in less than an hour and he was. Jordan found that the capacitor that starts the compressor in the outside unit of our heat pump was toast. Jordan replaced that at no additional charge as per warrantee. Inside heat exchanger coil was not handling pressure as it should, but AC was cooling and we’ll delay a decision on that if adequate cooling continues. OK so far at 24 hours on a hot, hot day. Bottom line: Jordan, the tech, was In and out quick and tidy and gave me a good explanation of what was going on with the AC unit. He would also send me current price on options of inside coil (or inside unit) replacement if it gets to that. What’s not to love! Thanks Jaric, Brittany and Jordan!

Brien supervised the install of my new system 2 years ago, and was the tech JARIC sent to do my yearly preventative AC maintenance this year. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Living in Texas it’s very nice to have a HVAC company you can rely on. I do recommend their yearly service agreement as the pricing makes it a no-brainer for year-round support.
