I almost don’t even know where to start. We have a home warranty company (American Home Shield) that’s done okay by us overall, but they eventually refused to service our R22-based system and steered us to a new system with their preferred company. I won’t mention them by name, but the “extra” charges they proposed were ridiculous, so I started searching for another company – that led me to JARIC. Brandon came out and gave us his take on our system. It definitely needed to be replaced, but for only the cost of the service fee, he patched a leak for us, which gave us a few more weeks to help us make up our mind. Ultimately, we decided to replace the system with JARIC, not our home warranty company. One of the best decisions I’ve made as a homeowner! Brandon provided us with several options, cheapest (good) to most expensive (best). At no point were we pressured one way or another, and it made it clear that even the cheapest option would be a significant upgrade for us. I went for the next tier up since it wasn’t much more expensive. On the install day, it took them roughly four hours to remove the old system and install the new. We’ve had so much trouble with our old system that’s we’re still giddy about this install. As far as pricing goes, JARIC isn’t the cheapest, but they’re not the most expensive either. But you’re also paying maybe a bit more than some for superior service. Home warranty companies usually pick from the bottom of the barrel (not always, but more often than not), and I got tired of subpar service. With JARIC, they’re on top of it when you need them. I doubt I’ll need it, but Brandon gave me his cell phone number to call if we ever had any issues. They also worked with us on financing, which we got at a fair rate. We have two systems. Our other one likely has quite a few years left on it, but when it’s time to make that call, JARIC has our business. I just can’t recommend them more highly.

Excellent service with a professional staff. Technician, Aleksei, was on time & completed a thorough inspection of both units. Been with JARIC AC & Heating for over five years and they have always been a dependable and honest company.

We’ve asked JARIC to come out a couple of times in the past for a couple of A/C repairs, and they were great to work with. When we needed to replace the entire unit, they did excellent work. Jim, Brandon, and team were very attentive to detail, communicative, and really want to provide their customers with the best possible solution. I was very impressed. When I’m interested in work that needs to be done on my home, I want to work with people and businesses I can trust. I will refer JARIC to friends who need help with HVAC in the future.

Highly recommend Jaric AC and Heating. Jim came out and found the problem with my A/C right away. He showed me the part that had failed and why as well as explaining its function. He checked that the rest of the unit was ok. Jim answered all of my questions, treated me with respect, no upsell, no scare tactics. The final price was right in line with the estimate and reasonable. These folks are true professionals in not only the big stuff (repairing the a/c) but also the little things. JARIC AC and Heating Co. will always get my business.

Jaric has come through for me more than once. They found parts to repair my A/C when no one else could. Squeezed me in quickly when my upstairs condensate line was leaking into my neighbors house below. First class work very nice folks would recommend to anyone. Thanks Jaric.
