Will only use this company for here on out.. I called another company before them…a “reputable company” some would say.. they told me the motor needed to be ordered and didnt know an ETA and would call when they did. That was yesterday morning. Today.. I Called Jaric at 1150am. They were on the front porch by 1220. Their tech looked it over and found the motor at the hardware store. Went to pick it up, installed it and made sure everything was working before he left. It didnt even take him 2 hours. We have a brand new 5 day old baby and I voiced that to both companies and Jaric heard me and did whatever they could to get the system working. Will never forget the kindness. Jaric AC provides outstanding, honest service! Their technician, Brandon, came out yesterday to check my split system AC units and noticed the refrigerant levels were low, suggesting a potential leak. To pinpoint the exact source, he coordinated for another technician, Brien, to come out the very next day. Brien topped up the system and injected a dye/sealant. This will either resolve the issue if the leaks are minor, or allow us to identify the exact cause for any next steps. Both Brandon and Brien were prompt, professional, and completely transparent with their pricing. I am highly comfortable recommending them for any HVAC needs!

Finding someone trustworthy AND skilled isn’t easy. I’m glad I found Jaric. I’ve had a couple of fixes done by them, and also a couple of new systems. Would definitely use them again!

We switched AC companies because our previous one was just not responsive and didn’t seem to value us as a customer. The neighborhood web page recommended JARIC so we called. They promptly returned our call and Brandon came by to fix an issue with our 9-yr old system. Brandon took the time to talk through everything, and provide possible options and next steps. I asked about replacement options, and while there was no sales push I feel I got an honest opinion. Brandon followed up with a detailed email later that evening which included different setup and quote options for future consideration. He even shared his personal # in case we had questions and said to call anytime. As luck would have it, the outside heat pump failed two months later (no fault of JARIC – just the system being almost 10 yrs old). I was able to promptly get a hold of them and Brandon quickly fixed it again. Due to its age, I decided to replace the entire system (no sales pressure, our own choice) with a new inside and outside unit. The JARIC team showed up on time and did a great job. It cools great and we have nice new thermostats with geofencing and wi-fi. Throughout all of the three visits we’ve had, they have been great. Very responsive, clear explanations, and not rushing to get out of the door again. The work has been done very well and they are great at communication and following through on promises. Jaric A/C was fantastic! They gave a prompt response to my inquiry and they scheduled me in quickly. The next day Aleksie showed up on the early side of a two hour window, and he took care of the issue I called about, plus explained it so I could understand. THEN I placed a call after hours later that evening and left a message with a question about another aspect of our a/c system, and Jimmy, the owner, called me back right away and scheduled Aleksie to come out the next day to check out my question and all was taken care of! Fast service, quality service and over and above service! After about 15 years dealing with a big warranty company, I forgot what fast and effective service was like. I think found a winner!
