We have placed our trust with Jaric AC for a number of years. We credit our Jaric Service Plan for allowing our “mature” HVAC system to operate trouble-free through all extremes of our Texas weather. For our recent Spring check-up, Darwin Conwright was our technician – for the second season in a row. Darwin is such a pleasure to work with – courteous, thorough in his diagnostic work and always straight-forward and informative in his recommendations.

Aleksei was a great AC tech. He addressed all my concerns and was provided a thorough maintenance and inspection. Natalie followed up later to ensure my system was running well, which it was. I’ll definitely call JARIC again for my future needs.

The entire Jaric AC team is absolutely on point. My wife and I have had both Brandon and Jimmy work on our systems. The team is communicative, responsive, and professional. And all of those things are obviously really important. But what set them apart, is that they truly identify the most cost-effective solution to the problem, instead of unnecessarily baking in additional ancillary and unnecessary modifications or upgrades. Everyone I dealt with is a professional. Darwin was my tech and did an excellent job. He asked questions that got him to the issue quickly. I am thrilled to have found my AC service company!

Jim with JARIC came out to diagnose an outside unit that wasn’t cooling. Once I mentioned we just had the roof replaced, he knew what the problem was based on no Freon and roof. Roofers punctured the Freon line. Jim & his crew came back the next day to repair the line. They also coordinated with the roofing company to get the repairs taken care of. Professional and experienced. Will use them for all future HVAC needs.

JARIC AC and Heating consistently gives a prompt friendly response to office calls and texts. They send a picture and short bio of HVAC technician that will be arriving. Jordan Serrano (HVAC tech) also sent a text prior to his arrival letting me know he was on his way. He is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Could not ask for better service from a company.

AC running, but temp climbing(86F° at 3pm) inside on July 27, 2023. There’s some serious heat going on outside this year. Called Britany at Jaric AC and heating as we have a long term biyearly service contract with them for 10+ years and a 10 year warrantee on the outside unit only(replaced in March, 2022). She called Jordan(AC Tech) and he was just finishing another call and would be over in less than an hour and he was. Jordan found that the capacitor that starts the compressor in the outside unit of our heat pump was toast. Jordan replaced that at no additional charge as per warrantee. Inside heat exchanger coil was not handling pressure as it should, but AC was cooling and we’ll delay a decision on that if adequate cooling continues. OK so far at 24 hours on a hot, hot day. Bottom line: Jordan, the tech, was In and out quick and tidy and gave me a good explanation of what was going on with the AC unit. He would also send me current price on options of inside coil (or inside unit) replacement if it gets to that. What’s not to love! Thanks Jaric, Brittany and Jordan!

I had an AC issue that they repaired without hassle. Someone answered the phone when I called. They were polite and listened well. The repair person arrived in the window of time they said they would and called when they were 15 minutes from arriving. They were polite and personable. Willing to entertain conversation about the HVAC unit and helping me to be a better customer in the process. I have an older unit and they did not pitch me on getting more than was needed to keep it going. A great experience. I came away with the impression that I was dealing with someone who was honest and ethical. A happy customer who is now enjoying cool air again.

Highly recommend Jaric AC and Heating. Jim came out and found the problem with my A/C right away. He showed me the part that had failed and why as well as explaining its function. He checked that the rest of the unit was ok. Jim answered all of my questions, treated me with respect, no upsell, no scare tactics. The final price was right in line with the estimate and reasonable. These folks are true professionals in not only the big stuff (repairing the a/c) but also the little things. JARIC AC and Heating Co. will always get my business.
