Jim with JARIC came out to diagnose an outside unit that wasn’t cooling. Once I mentioned we just had the roof replaced, he knew what the problem was based on no Freon and roof. Roofers punctured the Freon line. Jim & his crew came back the next day to repair the line. They also coordinated with the roofing company to get the repairs taken care of. Professional and experienced. Will use them for all future HVAC needs.
Alexi showed up on time, took sufficient time to understand my AC-related questions and pre-winter checked my heater. I’m a long-term JARIC customer so I’m used to great service and Alexi continued the tradition. I highly recommend JARIC.
