Last summer, Jaric kept my ancient AC going, despite the brutal heat. This spring, they installed a new heat pump. Jimmy Richmond and his team answered my million questions, helped me figure out construction scheduling between them, the plumber, and the electrician, and were just terrific. They hire carefully – every single person I interacted with understood HVAC systems and treated me with respect. Some service techs from other companies in the past have treated me like a piece of furniture, even though I’m the one writing the check. Not Jimmy and his team. I can’t say enough good things about Jaric.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Brandon from JARIC since I moved to Texas almost a year ago. He is extremely knowledgeable, accountable and responsive, always making time to answer my questions and provide open, honest and transparent answers in regards to the work he has performed and any additional work he recommends. Recently, our old condenser (>15 years old) bit the dust when it was 100+ degrees outside. Brandon immediately made himself available to meet with me and understand my options. Ultimately I decided to go with a complete new 2 stage heating/cooling system moving up from 4 tons to 5 tons in cooling capacity. This was after numerous discussions and Brandon educating me on my options. This included Brandon making himself available after hours to answer all my OCD questions. This past Monday his team completed the install and geez I could not be happier! His team was extremely professional and the work is top notch. The thing that really sets Brandon and his team apart is their commitment to the customer experience. This was illustrated by the fact that immediately post install, Brandon spent an additional 2+ hours configuring reducers and damper settings to optimize the airflow for each room according to my needs. I can’t recommend JARIC AC enough! I called at 10:30 and by 11:15 Jordan came out, diagnosed the issue, and my AC was back up and running! Jordan was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I could tell this was an honest team who’s main concern is to fix your problem instead of trying to upsell, I’m so happy with the service today and Jordan will be my go-to from now on when I need AC and heating services. 10/10 would recommend would give 100 stars if I could!

We switched AC companies because our previous one was just not responsive and didn’t seem to value us as a customer. The neighborhood web page recommended JARIC so we called. They promptly returned our call and Brandon came by to fix an issue with our 9-yr old system. Brandon took the time to talk through everything, and provide possible options and next steps. I asked about replacement options, and while there was no sales push I feel I got an honest opinion. Brandon followed up with a detailed email later that evening which included different setup and quote options for future consideration. He even shared his personal # in case we had questions and said to call anytime. As luck would have it, the outside heat pump failed two months later (no fault of JARIC – just the system being almost 10 yrs old). I was able to promptly get a hold of them and Brandon quickly fixed it again. Due to its age, I decided to replace the entire system (no sales pressure, our own choice) with a new inside and outside unit. The JARIC team showed up on time and did a great job. It cools great and we have nice new thermostats with geofencing and wi-fi. Throughout all of the three visits we’ve had, they have been great. Very responsive, clear explanations, and not rushing to get out of the door again. The work has been done very well and they are great at communication and following through on promises. The entire Jaric AC team is absolutely on point. My wife and I have had both Brandon and Jimmy work on our systems. The team is communicative, responsive, and professional. And all of those things are obviously really important. But what set them apart, is that they truly identify the most cost-effective solution to the problem, instead of unnecessarily baking in additional ancillary and unnecessary modifications or upgrades. This, in my opinion, qualifies them as a business and team that you can absolutely trust. I wouldn’t work with any one else. Thank you all for your help!
