We’ve asked JARIC to come out a couple of times in the past for a couple of A/C repairs, and they were great to work with. When we needed to replace the entire unit, they did excellent work. Jim, Brandon, and team were very attentive to detail, communicative, and really want to provide their customers with the best possible solution. I was very impressed. We’ve used JARIC for several years now to conduct spring and fall tune ups of our systems. They’ve done a good job proactively identifying problems before they became major breakdowns.

I had an AC issue that they repaired without hassle. Someone answered the phone when I called. They were polite and listened well. The repair person arrived in the window of time they said they would and called when they were 15 minutes from arriving. They were polite and personable. Willing to entertain conversation about the HVAC unit and helping me to be a better customer in the process. I have an older unit and they did not pitch me on getting more than was needed to keep it going. A great experience. I came away with the impression that I was dealing with someone who was honest and ethical. A happy customer who is now enjoying cool air again.

Jim with JARIC came out to diagnose an outside unit that wasn’t cooling. Once I mentioned we just had the roof replaced, he knew what the problem was based on no Freon and roof. Roofers punctured the Freon line. Jim & his crew came back the next day to repair the line. They also coordinated with the roofing company to get the repairs taken care of. Professional and experienced. Will use them for all future HVAC needs.

AC running, but temp climbing(86F° at 3pm) inside on July 27, 2023. There’s some serious heat going on outside this year. Called Britany at Jaric AC and heating as we have a long term biyearly service contract with them for 10+ years and a 10 year warrantee on the outside unit only(replaced in March, 2022). She called Jordan(AC Tech) and he was just finishing another call and would be over in less than an hour and he was. Jordan found that the capacitor that starts the compressor in the outside unit of our heat pump was toast. Jordan replaced that at no additional charge as per warrantee. Inside heat exchanger coil was not handling pressure as it should, but AC was cooling and we’ll delay a decision on that if adequate cooling continues. OK so far at 24 hours on a hot, hot day. Bottom line: Jordan, the tech, was In and out quick and tidy and gave me a good explanation of what was going on with the AC unit. He would also send me current price on options of inside coil (or inside unit) replacement if it gets to that. What’s not to love! Thanks Jaric, Brittany and Jordan!

Jim and his team are always on time, professional, and leave the house in better shape than when they arrived. They were recommended to me by someone in the HVAC business and they have exceeded my expectations. They are very honest and treat you system as if it were their own.
