Jordan Serrano (HVAC tech) also sent a text prior to his arrival letting me know he was on his way. He is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Could not ask for better service from a company.

Highly recommend Jaric AC and Heating. Jim came out and found the problem with my A/C right away. He showed me the part that had failed and why as well as explaining its function. He checked that the rest of the unit was ok. Jim answered all of my questions, treated me with respect, no upsell, no scare tactics. The final price was right in line with the estimate and reasonable. These folks are true professionals in not only the big stuff (repairing the a/c) but also the little things. Last summer, Jaric kept my ancient AC going, despite the brutal heat. This spring, they installed a new heat pump. Jimmy Richmond and his team answered my million questions, helped me figure out construction scheduling between them, the plumber, and the electrician, and were just terrific. They hire carefully – every single person I interacted with understood HVAC systems and treated me with respect. Some service techs from other companies in the past have treated me like a piece of furniture, even though I’m the one writing the check. Not Jimmy and his team. I can’t say enough good things about Jaric.

Our AC stopped working last evening and got a referral from our nextdoor neighbor. Contacted JARIC and they came promptly at 8 am the next morning and found and fixed the problem. I was totally surprised at the promptness and efficiency of the Jim, technician. He actually explained and showed us the problem. They definitely will be our go to AC company going forward.
