AC running, but temp climbing(86F° at 3pm) inside on July 27, 2023. There’s some serious heat going on outside this year. Called Britany at Jaric AC and heating as we have a long term biyearly service contract with them for 10+ years and a 10 year warrantee on the outside unit only(replaced in March, 2022). She called Jordan(AC Tech) and he was just finishing another call and would be over in less than an hour and he was. Jordan found that the capacitor that starts the compressor in the outside unit of our heat pump was toast. Jordan replaced that at no additional charge as per warrantee. Inside heat exchanger coil was not handling pressure as it should, but AC was cooling and we’ll delay a decision on that if adequate cooling continues. OK so far at 24 hours on a hot, hot day. Bottom line: Jordan, the tech, was In and out quick and tidy and gave me a good explanation of what was going on with the AC unit. He would also send me current price on options of inside coil (or inside unit) replacement if it gets to that. What’s not to love! Thanks Jaric, Brittany and Jordan!

We’ve been using Jaric since since 1976. It is a family owned busy that has been extremely helpful. We’ve started out with who is now the grandfather, then worked with his son and now his grandson. They have always been knowledgeable, courteous and helpful in all our dealings with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing air conditioning or heating help.

My furnace was reaching the end of its efficient life. I contacted JARIC to advise me and provide me with an estimate to replace it. I felt confident in going with JARIC because their expertise and knowledge was evident from the first meeting I had with owner Jimmy. I checked out the reviews at all the usual places, and found JARIC was consistently rated very high, and as I discovered, deservedly so. Brandon’s professionalism and sheer know-how was impressive, and he completed the AC repair and cleaning in very short order. Will definitely use them again (and ask for Brandon of course).

We switched AC companies because our previous one was just not responsive and didn’t seem to value us as a customer. The neighborhood web page recommended JARIC so we called. They promptly returned our call and Brandon came by to fix an issue with our 9-yr old system. Brandon took the time to talk through everything, and provide possible options and next steps. I asked about replacement options, and while there was no sales push I feel I got an honest opinion. Brandon followed up with a detailed email later that evening which included different setup and quote options for future consideration. He even shared his personal # in case we had questions and said to call anytime. As luck would have it, the outside heat pump failed two months later (no fault of JARIC – just the system being almost 10 yrs old). I was able to promptly get a hold of them and Brandon quickly fixed it again. Due to its age, I decided to replace the entire system (no sales pressure, our own choice) with a new inside and outside unit. The JARIC team showed up on time and did a great job. It cools great and we have nice new thermostats with geofencing and wi-fi. Throughout all of the three visits we’ve had, they have been great. Very responsive, clear explanations, and not rushing to get out of the door again. The work has been done very well and they are great at communication and following through on promises. Felt more educated and advised than sold to. Got my A/C up and running in no time … even in the rain. Highly recommend.

Last summer, Jaric kept my ancient AC going, despite the brutal heat. This spring, they installed a new heat pump. Jimmy Richmond and his team answered my million questions, helped me figure out construction scheduling between them, the plumber, and the electrician, and were just terrific. They hire carefully – every single person I interacted with understood HVAC systems and treated me with respect. Some service techs from other companies in the past have treated me like a piece of furniture, even though I’m the one writing the check. Not Jimmy and his team. I can’t say enough good things about Jaric.

I highly recommend Jaric A/C as extremely trustworthy company to maintain your HVAC unit. I had to replace my heat pump system within the past year..Jaric’s repair team was very helpful on tending to a system that had to be replaced. I recently had scheduled maintenance performed. The repairman,Aleksei, arrived on time. He inspected the system, attended to any needed updates replaced the filter and reviewed with me the work he performed and the current condition of my system. Service was excellent!! Additionally Jaric’s front office staff…whom I called to arrange the maintenance visit was also extremely helpful on scheduling the appointment and also checking that Aleksei could have access to the system in terms of palsy pets, gated entries,etc.
