I’ve had the pleasure of working with Brandon from JARIC since I moved to Texas almost a year ago. He is extremely knowledgeable, accountable and responsive, always making time to answer my questions and provide open, honest and transparent answers in regards to the work he has performed and any additional work he recommends. Recently, our old condenser (>15 years old) bit the dust when it was 100+ degrees outside. Brandon immediately made himself available to meet with me and understand my options. Ultimately I decided to go with a complete new 2 stage heating/cooling system moving up from 4 tons to 5 tons in cooling capacity. This was after numerous discussions and Brandon educating me on my options. This included Brandon making himself available after hours to answer all my OCD questions. This past Monday his team completed the install and geez I could not be happier! His team was extremely professional and the work is top notch. The thing that really sets Brandon and his team apart is their commitment to the customer experience. This was illustrated by the fact that immediately post install, Brandon spent an additional 2+ hours configuring reducers and damper settings to optimize the airflow for each room according to my needs.
