A tech named Aleksei came and performed the fall tuneup. He was prompt and efficient. Honesty and good communication are the most important traits, and they have these down! Been using JARIC for the last 2 to 3 years and have been happy with the results. Have them install new HVAC system and other adjustments to current duct work. Very happy to find them after going through a number of other companies here in North Texas. I have never felt they are trying to pull a fast one on me (actually told me the older heating equipment was working fine-while other companies would of tried to get me to replace it), their pricing is very fair & reasonable, and will continue to use them in the future.
