I’ve had the pleasure of working with Brandon from JARIC since I moved to Texas almost a year ago. He is extremely knowledgeable, accountable and responsive, always making time to answer my questions and provide open, honest and transparent answers in regards to the work he has performed and any additional work he recommends. Recently, our old condenser (>15 years old) bit the dust when it was 100+ degrees outside. Brandon immediately made himself available to meet with me and understand my options. Ultimately I decided to go with a complete new 2 stage heating/cooling system moving up from 4 tons to 5 tons in cooling capacity. This was after numerous discussions and Brandon educating me on my options. This included Brandon making himself available after hours to answer all my OCD questions. This past Monday his team completed the install and geez I could not be happier! His team was extremely professional and the work is top notch. The thing that really sets Brandon and his team apart is their commitment to the customer experience. This was illustrated by the fact that immediately post install, Brandon spent an additional 2+ hours configuring reducers and damper settings to optimize the airflow for each room according to my needs. Just overall excellent service and an excellent experience. If you need HVAC work done you must use these guys! I love supporting local family owned business like these guys. Thanks again Brandon!

After years of struggling to find an honest, reliable, affordable, and AVAILABLE in the heat of the summer when you most need them!!! … air conditioning company, I am so grateful to have found Jaric AC and Heating. They literally answer the phone every time I call and come out immediately. They also communicate very efficiently by text. This family owned business has been a gift in our life and this summer when our ac went out at the height of the heat wave I was so grateful to be their customer. I feel as though I am doing business with a trusted friend. I highly recommend!!!

I am always on the lookout for honest contractors, because I have a rental home in Dallas, but I’m not able to be in Dallas most of the time. I much prefer personal referrals. A realtor friend highly recommended JARIC for anything HVAC, adding that her real estate colleagues also consider JARIC #1! I could not be more pleased and decided to purchase their maintenance plan which includes a tuneup every fall and spring, for a reduced rate, as well as other perks. I’ve always talked to one of the owners, named Brandon, and he is easy to communicate with, as well as very attentive to any questions or needs. A tech named Aleksei came and performed the fall tuneup. He was prompt and efficient. Honesty and good communication are the most important traits, and they have these down! Also, their prices are quite reasonable. I’m very happy that I found this company!

I have used Jaric AC & Heating for many years. I first met the father, Jim then his son, Jimmy and his son Brandon. Three generations! Brandon serviced my hvac today. We’ve been using Jaric since since 1976. It is a family owned busy that has been extremely helpful. We’ve started out with who is now the grandfather, then worked with his son and now his grandson. They have always been knowledgeable, courteous and helpful in all our dealings with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing air conditioning or heating help.

They were available the next day for an appointment. Once Jordan arrived he listen to my issues and figured out the problem very quickly. He was also very professional and informative when I asked any questions. Thank you so much for great service.

Jaric A/C was fantastic! They gave a prompt response to my inquiry and they scheduled me in quickly. The next day Aleksie showed up on the early side of a two hour window, and he took care of the issue I called about, plus explained it so I could understand. THEN I placed a call after hours later that evening and left a message with a question about another aspect of our a/c system, and Jimmy, the owner, called me back right away and scheduled Aleksie to come out the next day to check out my question and all was taken care of! Fast service, quality service and over and above service! After about 15 years dealing with a big warranty company, I forgot what fast and effective service was like. I think found a winner!

JARIC AC and Heating Co. has been our air people for decades now. They have never let us down. Their technicians are stellar, always explaining what they’re checking, why and whether there is a concern or not. Alexie was our tech this visit and, as always, the service was great.
