For our recent Spring check-up, Darwin Conwright was our technician – for the second season in a row. This is an outstanding family owned business! The owner, Jim, bent over backwards to help me with a horrible Lennox unit. By the way…don’t ever buy a Lennox! Another company sold it to me and I had nothing but problems with it. The 1st time I called Jaric, Jim came out and spent a solid hour identified the problem and fixed it. Told me it was a consult and didn’t charge me. Of course I called Jaric back the next time it broke. He went to bat for me to try to get Lennox to replace their flawed unit. To no avail, but he made the effort and I appreciate it! This is a trustworthy company run by good people! You cannot go wrong with them!

My mother needed a complete new system and was on a very limited budget. He worked with her a found a great system. He even brought her a portable unit to use until her could be fixed! He was great!

We’ve asked JARIC to come out a couple of times in the past for a couple of A/C repairs, and they were great to work with. When we needed to replace the entire unit, they did excellent work. Jim, Brandon, and team were very attentive to detail, communicative, and really want to provide their customers with the best possible solution. I was very impressed. When I’m interested in work that needs to be done on my home, I want to work with people and businesses I can trust. I will refer JARIC to friends who need help with HVAC in the future.
