Angie's List Member Comments: "I have used JARIC Air Conditioning. It was about 8 grand for the A/C and heater. It was a wonderful experience with them. Start to finish with the project, they always knew where I stood. The sales rep was no-nonsense. He was just very matter-of-fact. There wasn't a lot of trying to fill in extras or this or that. The price was what the price was. It was a fair one for what I was getting. They were on time for delivery. My wife was here while they were doing all the installation. Everything was immaculate when they left. It was just a very well run installation.
"The men who worked on removing and replacing the system and the air distribution system did a great job. They left absolutely no mess (even picking up small pieces of insulation). Since having the new system installed, our electric usage in a month with an average temperature of 97 has gone from usages of 3450 kwh to 2551 kwh in a month with an average temperature of 99. Needless to say, it shouldn't take too long to pay off the new system. Plus, the comfort level room to room is greatly improved. Angie's List Member Comments: "Jaric came to my home for my Summer checkup as they wanted to make sure my air conditioning unit was ready for our Texas hot and humid weather. The individual who was assigned to my inspection was Don, who was on time and ready to do his job. When he went to inspect my unit in the attic, he found that one of the "pans" needed to be replaced, which he did immediately. He always asked permission first before he started any projects and always explained fully what he was doing. I'm always happy when I have Jaric come to my house because I know they will do a good job. Thank you Jaric! The experience was great as usual and not extremely expensive. A new pan was replaced in the attic and the air condition unit out side was cleaned and checked for freon. Don was at my house for a little over an hour and, in my opinion, did a very good job.
Angie's List Member Comments: "HVAC system replacement for 1 of 2 AC zones plus additional duct work. Member Comments: It was time to replace the 2nd HVAC unit of our 2 zone system. The other zone was replaced 18 months earlier and I wanted to buy and install the same brand of HVAC system.
I called for a proposal from the AC Heating service company that replaced the HVAC for the 1st zone and made appointments with 3 additional service companies to submit proposals. Jaric won the bid, installed the system and made repairs to duct work. Throughout the process, working with Jaric was stress free, quick and perfectly completed. Here is are the bullet points of what I enjoyed most about working with Jaric. *Jimmy Richmond presented the project bid QUICKLY with a proposal that included good, better and best choices.
*When I asked for additional information about the systems on the Jaric proposal, the requested information was returned by email the same day almost INSTANTLY. *Jaric’s installation crew arrived in 3 trucks and went work. QUIET, CLEAN and QUICK are 3 words to best describe the installation day experience. I hardly noticed the crew was in or around the house and installation was completed 2 hours QUICKER than I was told to expect!*The additional repair work on air ducts was performed PERFECTLY. I knew 1 of the 3 repair items (which was previous duct work in a remodeled bath) would be difficult but Jimmy Richmond stayed with it until the difficult repair was right. *Each phases of the process was performed QUICKLY, WORRY FREE and with 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. It was a big job, a lot of money and I couldn't have been more satisfied.
